It’s time to ramp up your sales game. Really, do it.


August is winding down and soon we’ll be in Q4.


No, this year wasn’t like any other year but your biz dev, well, it had to go on.


Had to if you wanted to survive and thrive and come out the other side of 2020 strong, perhaps a bit battered, but strong.


Reflect:


Consider your product or service offering. Does the market need or want it anymore?


Are you still visible, credible, and recognizable or did you go silent? It’s time to emerge, yes?


Have you developed intense negativity induced by Covid? Do all of your conversations include some gloom and doom comments designed to bring down the most optimistic of people?


Do you work hard or has the “new normal” sapped your energy?


Do you have a posse, community or informal board of advisors to help you find your way?


Do you utilize the very fundamental sales skills required to woo, win and wow clients?


Is retooling necessary?
